Masked stairwell upskirt and panty gift

A masked brunette waits on a concrete stairwell in a black shirt, a tiny burgundy pleated skirt, black thigh-highs and loafers. She turns so the skirt rides up over her ass, then lifts the hem and flashes pale pink panties. Sitting on the steps with her knees open, she shows the crotch of those panties, slips off a loafer and flashes a peace sign as if someone might walk in. She stands, toys with the skirt, and slides the panties down her thighs until they hang, then pulls them off altogether. The worn pair is bunched and held out as a little gift, close to the camera, while the mask and shirt stay on. Under that short pleated hem she is now bare on the stairs, stockings still up, the tease slow and playful rather than explicit sex.
